Affordable housing and long-term care inside two restored buildings that have been repurposed by architects and designers and restore experts (Distillery style). The site would share common garden grounds with a third building — an art and design hub (OCAD) that also displays graphics/images of other Toronto heritage buildings, similar to the Distillery.
